THE LEARN TO ROW PROCESS
learn to row workshops take place at the boathouse:
Boathouse, Thwaite Ln, Leeds, LS10 1EP
We'll talk you through basic rowing technique before getting you straight out on the water in an eight with 7 other beginners
What do I need to take part?
Our workshops are designed for complete beginners- there are no height or fitness requirements at all other than the ability to swim 50 meters unaided (for health and safety reasons)
You'll need to wear clothing which won't get caught in equipment e.g. leggings or other fitter sportswear. This means no baggy shorts and no hoodies.
You'll need to bring water and a spare change of clothes.
