Henley Women's Regatta Race Report

After a great weekend at HWR, our girl's came away with some amazing results for the club, after months of hard training. Entering three crews, including a single, our senior captains were incredibly proud in particular of Rosanna Crabb-Lahei, Anya Wood and Jill Dickinson, all of whom were novices that stepped up to row in senior crews.

Results

The D4+ Crew - Jill Dickinson, Anya Wood, Philippa Hand and Lois Beaumont, finished 26th out of 39, just missing out on qualifying.

Our Aspirational 4- - Ella Murphy, Rosanna Crabb-Lahei, Eleanor Preston and Siam Kirby, qualified with a strong time trial, but unfortunately lost out in the heat when up against a strong crew from Bristol.

Our A1x, Ellie Davies, made it to the quarter finals, storming her heat, but was then knocked out in an incredibly close race to Royal Chester.

A massive well done to all the girls who are a credit to the club. We are incredibly proud of the progress this club is making year after year.
