HORR Race Report

Hi all, last weekend we had our very last head race of the year as we sent our senior men down to London to race at HORR.
Unfortunately due to difficult rowing conditions it meant that we were not able to send our beginner men, however the club is very impressed by their hard work and dedication they’ve shown to training putting them in good stead for the regatta season.
Despite the unfavourable rowing conditions of wind and rain through out the day and competing in the larger open category our senior men still performed well finishing 137th overall and 66th in their category.
With HORR complete it sees the end to head season this year. Well done to everyone in our club who have raced throughout the many tough head races we’ve had this year and we all look forward to what else we can achieve in the upcoming regatta season!
